All sellers are required to confirm their acceptance of this policy but they are independent and CPL is not responsible for their compliance.

CPL will collect and store the data provided in our online subscription forms for the purposes of registering with CPL which comprises your name, trading name, business type, registration number, VAT registration number, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses. We may also collect data about any transactions between CPL and our sellers and information about your computer and your visit to our website including IP address and any other information you send us.

You will be required to pay a fee (currently £10) and supply evidence of your identity. You should tell us if any personal information held needs to be corrected or updated.
